Commercial High-Rise Tower Project

Conserve Solutions is facilitating the GSAS certification process for the new bank Office Tower, a 38+G+M+24 story commercial high-rise reaching up to 85 meters in height. The building features a multi-level podium and office floors above, supported by three basement parking levels. The GSAS v2.0 commercial certification framework is being applied to guide and verify sustainability compliance during the construction stage, aiming for a 4-star rating that underscores environmental performance and green building best practices.
